Note investing is a unique and lucrative investment model that enables us to help people without sacrificing investor returns. Note investments create a positive social impact in our communities by working with borrowers of distressed debt by modifying their loans so they can stay in their homes, reduce their emotional stress, avoid foreclosures, and prevent vacant and abandoned properties.
We like to say that assisting homeowners pays dividends to our investors.
