Invest by the end of November (just today and tomorrow!) to receive your first distribution on December 30th!

Of course we all want supplemental income, but don’t you also want to achieve two bottom lines?

We have had remarkable success:
1) distributing 8% annualized to our investors, month after month.
2)  Helping struggling families stay in and keep their homes–leading to home ownership

Our goals are twofold, monthly dividends, and keeping families in their homes. On the first front, our targeted *(and achieved to date) monthly distribution rate is 8% annualized. Depending on how much you invest, you may be eligible for bonus shares that represent up to 7% of your initial investment. Those bonus shares can effectively boost your dividend yield above 10%, providing even more income to meet your monthly needs.

On the second front, we help homeowners who have fallen behind on their mortgage payments get back on track and eventually own their homes. Think about it. A family saved for a down payment and qualified for a mortgage. They purchased their home. Then, an unforeseen circumstance occurs, such as a medical emergency or a death in the family, and if they fall behind on their payments. It can all be taken away, and they can be evicted
7e looks at each situation individually, investing in mortgage notes which pass our rigorous diligence. If our research points to the family’s ability to start and maintain payments again, we will buy their mortgage.

We accomplish the higher rates to our investors, and aiding the family by buying the mortgage note at a steep discount, typically 40 to 50 cents on the dollar. We then have the room to renegotiate the payment plan, helping the struggling homeowner–a real win-win.
